It was an example.No.
There is no "2TB" space on that.
It is an 8GB drive, with the firmware adjusted to read "2TB".
It is trash. Throw it away.
Even if you want it to only be "8GB"...it is trash.
Throw it away.
Real flash drives are those whose chips are not good enough to end up in a real SSD.It was an example.
I have few 64gb USB it works but how do I fox it so it shows original size and prevent file corruptions to happen
I got real ones it's just these sitting around.Real flash drives are those whose chips are not good enough to end up in a real SSD.
Fake ones are those whose chips are not good enough to end up in a flash drive from one of the real manufacturers.
So you have 3rd or 4th rate chips inside those things.
"file corruption" WILL happen.
They are trash.
Real flash drives from Sandisk/Samsung are maybe $5 for 32GB. Real ones.
There are various supposed tools that can do this. I'll not link them here. I leave it up to you to discover and spend the time in trying to "fix" a known counterfeit.
Or, throw the thing away, and buy some real ones.
