Is it possible to portforward peripherals?

Just a question regarding peripherals like mice
So I was wondering if there was a way to basically use a mouse from far away. Such as connecting a wireless mouse hub to a computer via usb and then using the mouse in another location not near the computer.
I'm well aware it's a stupid question, but I'm curious.

Using an application like teamviewer will allow you to control a PC from afar.
