Is it possible to put another OS in dual boot alongside W10?

I heard a few months ago Windows 10 was going to include some security bs that would have prevented installing other OS alongside it.
What happened in the end? Is that a thing?

I am running ubuntu and win10 on a dual boot..

i was running win8.1 along with ubuntu..

just upgraded to win 10 via windows update, then did a clean install of win10, no issues..

just had to reorder my boot order in the bios after the win install so that grub shows up 1st.

I was running Win 7 and Win 10 TP, dualboot on a single drive w/ 2 partitions.
Now, that same drive and system is running Win 10 and Win 10 TP.
