I have a pc that runs really bad and it has alot of viruses that i tried getting rid off but unsuccessful. So i want to reformat my refurbished pc. My question is. is it possible to reformat my pc just using the microsoft windows key that comes with it. That was stamped at the right side of the case?.

Unfortunately, you will probably have to get the install media from the manufacturer.
Going to the Microsoft site linked above will ask you for the license key to download. When you enter that license key (OEM), it will tell you to go to the manufacturer.

Yes. Google windows 7/8/8.1 ISO. Whichever version you have. Download it, install to a USB drive. Make the USB drive bootable using Rufus.....youtube search for Rufus USB by microwave Sam. Boot to the USB with ISO on it, fresh install windows will wipe everything.
