[SOLVED] Is it possible to replace the liquid in copper cpu heatpipes?

Long story short my cooler was slightly too tall to fit into the case so I was a retard and chopped off the tips of the heatpipes, before learning that there was liquid in there. Would it be possible to replace the liquid? If so what with?

No, it's dead now.

Destroyed. Buy a different cooler, one that's shorter. There's no fixing the old one as not only can't you replace the correct amount and composition of that liquid, you can't also reseal the tips.
