Yes, it is possible, dozen of tool and utilities and many built into the RAID/SCSI controller if applicable . Most common probably within windows, computer > manage > disk management . the select the partion is question to "shrink" or "expand". Obviously if you don't have the space you'll need to do some juggling or backing up.
