Question Is it possible to run 2 kits of the same models at 3200Mhz?

I have 2 kits of 2x8gb Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200Mhz (CMW16GX4M2C3200C16) and I was wondering if it's possible to run all of the 4 sticks at 3200Mhz or atleast at 3000Mhz. Essentially they're the same kits but I know that they're not tested together but even though I can run 1 ram each from both kits (1 from kit 1, and another from kit 2 in dual channel), they both run at 3200 but I don't quite understand why they're unable to run at 3200 though.

So is it possible to run all 4 sticks at 3200mhz?
