Thanks for your quick answer, the problem is that I do not have a GPU that has a connector on it (gtx 1050ti asus). But when i'm gaming my CPU onderclocks itselfs, it's not the temperature i guess (arround 60deg celcius). Now the thing is that i only connect my cpu with a 4pin, so i was wondering if i could use a seccond PSU and use his 4 pin aswell so i have a 8pin.

Get a better power supply not a second one. Linking up two power supplies to run a system takes a bit of work, and is not very safe for the computer.
This is a great one for $50 after rebate, modular so case can be kept neater https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16817151095
This is $55 after rebate, newer and more efficient https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151204
If you are after the lowest price and don't care as much about the cables, this is good https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151226
