is it possible to run AMD 8320 on Corsair Cx430 power supply

Hi guys,

I'm upgrading my existing PC since i'm planning to build a workstation to practice windows server 2012. My existing PC is powered by a corsair Cx430 power supply which was bought 2 and half years back. I'm wondering if i can use it on my workstation. Workstation specs would be :

AMD 8320 processor
Gigabyte 970A motherboard
16 GB of RAM
Amd 6770 Gpu
120 gb SSD+ 500GB HDD

I'm not sure if i can over-lock t8320 on my power supply. Is it possible to do slight overclocking on my current PSU?
