Is it possible to run win7 on a pc with 512MB of RAM and intel(R) CPU 2140 @1 60

hii .. i have a pc with windows XP and i want to upgrade windows7, is it possible ??
coz' the hardware on my pc is as follow:
genuine intel(R) CPU 2140 @ 1.60 Ghz 1.60Ghz , 512MB of RAM

so please HELP me if that is can be done .. thanksss

Run the Windows 7 Update Advisor.

Will need more RAM, for one thing.

It is possible to boot windows 7 with 512MB of RAM. Microsoft's official minimum requirement is 1GB for 32 bit OS but it will boot with less.
