Is it possible to run windows from the RAM?

Say you made a computer with 64 GB of ram but no HDD. Could you load windows on there and have it run?

No since it is ram not rom which means it will loose all data stored when power is cut.

Ram is volatile memory, meaning anything stored on it is lost when it loses power.
