Right now when I boot up my pc, the Kraken pump has defaulted to a white ring rotating around the pump. I would like the rgb effect to be set as the pc boots up. Is this possible?

at 7:12 the rgb effects are displayed right away from starting the pc. Mine has a white ring rotating and the effect applies only after the cam software launches
