I have bought a Clevo p870KM laptop with one gtx 1070 in it(looks like this one https://clevo-computer.com/de/ersatzteile-spare-parts/clevo/graphics-cards-mxm-vga-s/1132/nvidia-geforce-gtx-1070-8gb-gddr5-mxm-3.0?c=413 ). Is this gtx 1070 card ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/Nvidia-GeForce-GTX1070-8G-DDR5-MXM-3-0-N17E-G2-A1-Mobile-Video-Card-GPU/352688126457?hash=item521dd9b9f9:g:rN8AAOSwiR5c~aN3 ) with the same memory and also gddr5 compatible or do they have to be the exact same cards? I think it shoulkd work but i want to be sure before i buy it.

Go the the notebookreview.com forums. The guys in the Sager/Clevo section would be able to help you for sure.

If everything is there, you should be able to slot it in and it should work. When you SLI two different cards, it just runs at the frequency of the slowest one.
