Is it possible to stream with this rig?

I found a computer with an i5 4570 paired with a 1050 ti ssc and 16gb ddr3.

I was wondering if it would be possible to stream at 720p 60fps with titles like league of legends, hearthstone, cs go, and fortnite.

It'll handle 720p 30fps, 3333bitrate on OBS. Should be fine.
