Question Is it possible to switch the "Other PCI Devices" from legacy to UEFI without having to reinstall anything.

I have a B560m DS3H and I'm switching GPUs from a legacy card to a UEFI card.

The image of the BIOS is just a ss I found, but it shows my settings except both the UEFIs are legacy on my bios.

My boot drive (along with all my other drives) are partitioned as GPT so I think I can switch PCI devices to UEFI without issue. Also in system information, it shows as a UEFI BIOS so I think I'm good there too.

You're fine. If bios was set to only csm then boot partition would be mbr. Gpt, you're in uefi mode with added csm support for legacy devices. Won't need to do anything besides install the new card and enjoy.
