Question Is it possible to sync all cores in a b150 motherboard

That would be the default setting, all cores with the same multiplier. No real need with that board to vary them IMO.

Likewise, there is certainly no needor advantage in preventing a processor's cores from turboing up to as high as specs allow, with one core clocked notably higher, typically 300-400 MHz or so....
