Is it possible to temporarily disable the calculator in Windows 7?

I need to temporarily disable the calculator in Windows 7 but I'm having not having much luck, can anybody help me please?

You could temporarily rename or remove the executable located at C:\Windows\system32\calc.exe

Thank you for reply, I have tried this but it won't let me move or rename it, do you have any other ideas.

Are you using an admin account?

Yes I am. The error message is that I need permission from the TrustedInstaller to change this file.
