Solution
It should fit more or less. But you may have to make small adjustments. You need figure out the pin out of the leds, power buttons etc, and you may have to redo the pinouts or make new cabling for them. All of which should be very easy to do for those who are so inclined to do this. You may need to make a standoff or two should the motherboard have a hole or two that does not line up. The biggest problem might be power supply, because the lenovo may be using a non standard form factor for their PSU and you may have to get another PSU that will fit nicely for you new case. Otherwise you might need some carpentry or metal working skills to make a shim plate out of sheet metal or plywood to make things fit.

The question is even if it all fits, which looks like it should. Why would you want to do such a thing? There is nothing so great about a ThinkCentre M that you'd want to keep around. And what is so wrong with Lenovo case that you'd want to abandon it? Or what is so great about the Lenovo case that you'd want to use it somewhere else?

It is a real pain in the butt to do this kind of work, bloody knuckles and all. So I would not recommend it unless you have a good reason.

The reason I want to this this is I love how the cube case looks. I don't have enough money to build a pc so I bought a prebuilt.

If I had to buy a new psu that would be fine. Does this case use a standard atx psu? And I really don't know much about the pin layouts, is there any forum page to help me with that? And would it be better to buy the micro itx or atx version of this case?

BTW I've done something similar transferred a Dell Vostro 260s into an old Antec NSK1380.

Here is the Dell:

And here is the case:

And here are some my photos of how it turned out. I had 2 shuttle XPC spare power supplies to use and I had to solder a few lines to together to use them together, so I could make use of my old GTX560ti. The Vostro had a i7-2600 so it all works out fairly nicely. I also had to redo the optical drive tray, bend some aluminum sheet metal and drill some holes to fit the slim sata DVD-rw drive.
