Is it possible to turn a tablet into a drawing pad?

I have a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Tablet, and I was wondering if there is a good program that can make my tablet a Wacom-like tablet. I want to use it with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.

You can buy an app called "Air Display" you can use your tablet as a touch screen or a second monitor if you want. Although it does cost 10 USD.
