Is it possible to uninstall drivers through command line recovery tool?

After reinstalling intel rapid storage tech drivers and ending up with a machine that blue screens on start up, I'm wondering if it's possible to uninstall those drivers in the only windows recovery tool I can really use. (No system image because was running raid1 & didn't think it needed - and no restore points.) Startup repair was unsuccessful, and I can't get into safe mode, so I'm looking for some way to get Windows starting other than having to re-install the OS.

or try rename the exe on the command prompt.

@ rgd1101: Thanks. I actually got "'sc' is not recognized as an internal or external command .... "

But, I was able to get into Windows by tweaking the sata settings in bios, so I ended up not needing it after all. Thanks again!
