Is it possible to upgrade a laptop\'s video card?

I have an Acer Aspire 5560-Sb613
It has a AMD Radeon HD 6620G with 512 MB Graphics card.
I want to upgrade the video card. I have money to spend and would like a very generous upgrade and spend under $600.
Is it possible to put in an upgraded video card into this laptop?

Just buy a 300 dollar computer and upgrade the gpu? Its not like the cpu will be that old?
