Is it possible to customize my Dell Inspiron 660?

The current Specs are:

Intel i3-2130 Processor @3.40 GHz (2 Cores)
Intel HD Graphics 2000
6 GB of RAM
I don't know Motherboard I have Dell Inc. A09 BIOS
My max resolution for my Monitor is 1440x900
I don't know my Power Supply

I want to put in a EVGA GTX 750 Ti and maybe a new power supply.
Probably a 600 or 700W Power Supply.
HERE IS MY CASE:

Upgrade your psu, buy a GTX950. Take the money that's left over and buy a used 2nd gen i5 or i7. There are a crapload of compatible i5s for your motherboard. You should be able to find a used one for cheap.

A 2nd gen i5 + GTX950 would easily outperform a new Pentium g3258 + GTX750ti. It would also be easier as you would not have to bother with re-installing windows.

Note: if you want to update your BIOS, you could get a 3rd gen cpu.

My budget for upgrade is $250

I want a Pentium G3258 or something better thats around $100
I also want to get a GPU like the GTX 750 Ti
Maybe more RAM, like I could get another 6 GB

Ah, I plan on playing Black Ops 2, and CS:GO, perhaps Minecraft if I feel like pvping.
Do I need to get a new motherboard for upgrading?
Also, is ddr4 RAM really worth it over ddr3 RAM?
ALSO! I really want to be able to use SHADOWPLAY to record!
