I have an R7 370 currently and I need to upgrade my motherboard and CPU. I wanted to know if I could use dual graphics/crossfire with this combo. Thanks.

Thank you for that information. I just researched this and both the graphics card and the motherboard support Crossfire/Dual graphics. If I were to upgrade the motherboard and CPU, how would I set up Crossfire/Dual Graphics?
 
You need a crossfire bridge to connect both the cards on top. Usually they come with it, if they don't they aren't particularly expensive.
You connect both cards to the PSU and put both in the motherboard then attach the bridge.

It should work out of the box iirc. Never done a crossfire, only SLI long ago so I can't tell you for sure.
