is it possible to use extra ram via thunderbolt connection?

i of course own a macbook and have already setten up an external graphics card to it, i wonder if there is an way to adapt ram as well

I think there is, but the results are not as good as just having more RAM in the motherboard. unless you are really tight on RAM I would not bother.
