Is it possible to use usb Mouse and PS3 controller with motioninjoy?

I can't get them both to work at the same time.I have to uninstall the MotioninJoy driver for my mouse to work.My mouse is wired btw,

Yes, it is possible and should not affect one another. Worked on my system. Also everybody says- MotionJoy is spyware.

Do you know of any alternatives ?

Never mind.Found an alternative that works.If anybody wants to know what I am using watch this video
