so i recently my new PC, and I put my password on it. My brother somehow hacked the password or something... Is there a program to like have a second password or something..?

Nope. But you can certainly change your password to something else.

Unless he did the little kid inspect element thing on a website, couldn't be on the log in on the home screen though.
Also if it is connected to a network, there might be alternate admin passwords
