Hi,
I have a few questions about ocing. Firstly, should a p1 100MHz at 200MHz be stable? In addition, would it be possible to oc a p1 166 to 400 mhz?

Yes, but you need to align the dilithium crystals to .02 capacitance, and power the inverse temporal field to .08%.
