Is it psu or gpu?

Hi,
So I bought an used cooler master g750m power supply
And the problem is, the system completely shuts down like the power is out, then 2 seconds after it turns itself on again.
This happens when i'm in the middle of a game or when I try to lunch a game, hope you can help me identify if it's a power supply problem or else.

Mb: gigabyte z170x ultra gaming
Gpu: gigabyte g1 1060 6gb
Psu: cooler master g750m
Ram: 8gb crucial 2666
Ssd: 240gb crucial
Hdd: 2tb wd green

try the paper clip jumper test and see if the fans are running okay after a while. If the fans don't turn on then i would assume that there is possibly something wrong with the power supply

Pc seems to work when not gaming so the paperclip test is not really relevant. Still looks like a psu issue. Can you test with another psu? Maybe from a friend or local shop ...

Just a question,did you enable XMP in the bios so that the ram will run at rated specs?
