How solid does this look? Any issues I may have to look out for? Bottlenecking perhaps? Buying this within the nest 24 HRs Please can I get a few people to revise evrything before I buy

Missing an aftermarket heatsink, and with Haswell it will need to be quite a nice one for overclocking.

I've used an older Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme, but have heard good things about Noctua NH-D14. Hyper EVO 212 would be a good budget option, but wouldn't let you go as far.

Caviar Blue is a good budget choice, but not something I would normally consider for a main system drive with a high end processor. Upgrade to a Caviar Black at least, or add an SSD for the OS.

GPU is a little weak for the CPU I would think. Something like a 7950 or 7970 would match up better. GTX760 or GTX770 from nvidia.

Eh, for $200 I don't think you can beat the 7870. Video cards can always be upgraded later.

You can just cram a fan/heatsink onto the build if you drop down to an i5-3570k an a z77 board instead, not really losing much, and Ivy can overclock better then Haswell.

If I overclock to 4.0 flat do I still need sink? would there be a place I can look that up? And I considered the 660 but they give splinter cell game instead of Crysis 3 lol, had to search up just to be sure http://www.hwcompare.com/13302/geforce-gtx-660-vs-radeon-hd-7870/,
I guess heatsink is the only I should consider then?

You may or may not. It's always a guess with overclocking. Every single chip is different.
