is it risky overclocking i7 3770 (non k) up to 4.2 or 4.3

i heard people push their oc up to 4.2 4.3 is it worth doing it ?
would it make much difference ?

As long as you can get full system stability it's worth it. The only issue is that with bclk overclocking you run into stability issues with other things besides the CPU. 4GHz should be plenty though.
