Question Is it safe if the CPU voltage goes up to 1.45v ?

My cpu is 11900K.
I want to oc the cpu to 51x, looks like it stable at 1.45v and 85'C.

Not 1.45v at all time, I'am using offset instead of manual and cstate on,
1.45v is the maximum voltage reading from HW.
Normally, the voltage were running at around 1.4v.

Please give me some advice

With decent cooling, adaptive boost turned on should just do that.

Thermal Velocity Boost would limit it to 4.8Ghz all core.

I wouldn't run 1.45 daily, no. But if it only bounces up there occasionally, it should be alright.

Lower your LLC by one setting and see if that does anything to peak voltage.
