Is it safe overclocking my gpu?

I just overclocked my gpu gtx 960 turbo, to +50 mhz core clock, and +50mhz memory clock and raised min and max voltage to +20 offset, i have a 600w silverstone 80+bronze psu, Is it enough to do the overclocking? Am i in safe state?

Specs:
i5 4460
Asus B85 pro gamer board
Asus Gtx960 turbo 2gb
3x4gb hyperx 1866
1tb hdd
silverstone 600w+80 bronze.

As long as your system is stable and your operating temperatures don't get too high, you should be fine.

50 mhz is nothing, as you go up take 25 mhz steps. Your PSU is fine. You should have no problems.

Temps are 65-70C in GTA V, 90-99%load.

Just increase in baby steps. Test for stability and heat as you go along.

Probably, start by going up 25 mhz more, test, then 25 mhz more test again. Make sure its stable and not overheating.
