[SOLVED] Is it safe to buy an i5-3570k from these sellers?

I want to upgrade an old PC from i3-2100 to i5-3570k. On eBay they are sold for around 60$, but many sellers on AliExpress sell them for around 36$. Is it legit? Or there's something wrong with them?

You never know with ebay about why there selling them cheaper they can say its working but when you buy it dose not but the thing about ebay you can despute anything wrong with your item. Safe bet dont buy really really cheap ones!
