Is it safe to clean a laptop with a computer cleaning brush?

I mean to clean dust from a case, display, keyboard. The thing is I've read about static electricity danger for computers and now I don't know whether it is a good idea to use these brushes. Also, probably I should admit that I can't take out a battery from my laptop.

If you are going to be cleaning things inside the laptop, you really should disconnect the battery first. If you can open it to clean it, then you can get to the battery to disconnect it.

I would not use the brush you linked, it looks to have very rough bristles. I use a paintbrush myself, or a detailing duster
