I bought a can of compressed air online and it says it contains propane-butane. I know it's flammable and I'm wondering whether it could damage my components. Almost every can of compressed air I found contained propane-butane. Is it safe to blow the dust off of the components with it? Btw I live in Slovakia.

Yup, it's perfectly safe! I do it all the time for the computers around here. The gas won't ignite unless you blow it directly into an open flame, and even then, the amount of flammable gas in these cans is so low that there's little risk of it ever igniting.

I use a cheap hand water gun toy as a blower, no chemicals or compression gas and never runs out of air, don't have to worry about condensation due to cold either.
