Guys when i open task manager I see for a second that Services and controller app is taking about 40% cpu usage ... and then 1 second after that it says 0%! Basically when i open task manager it says Services and controller app - 40% cpu usage ... 1 second passes after ive opened task manager .. and it says services and controller app - 0% ! I dont know if thats an error or something .. why it goes to 0% after ive opened task manager .. i dont know! But I was wondering is it safe to close that services and controller app... cuz for some games im getting high cpu usage ..and it if that app takes cpu usage i would like to turn it off ... but i dont know if its safe or what?
