Question Is it safe to delete files in ex-local disk?

So i have replaced my local disk and i wanted to delete all files in ex-local disk. Is it safe?

If you are asking because you were to delete a windows folder from a drive that had an os installed, then Yes. you can delete whatever you wan't, just use common sense and don't delete any files that may be used by apps currently installed.
