Is it safe to force quit a diskpart full clean?

I was formatting a 2TB Seagate internal hard drive with the diskpart method and did full clean and it has been the same all day (https://gyazo.com/adbacdeee5e53cc5f058fa11db715a57) I am un-sure if its made any progress or even working at all.

So I was wondering If its safe for me to just force quit the process and redo it only this time with just a "clean" or "quick clean".

is there any hdd activity? if its blinking, i wouldn't restart, i would have thought diskpart would show a percentage on screen of how much you cleaned, I haven't run it myself.

Takes normally one hour per 320gb.

I decided to restart it and I was told that according to the size of my hard drive (being 2TB or 1.8TB) that it should take a little over 5 hours. I will leave it again for around that period of time and if it does not work than I will do a clean format (rather than full clean). Although once again there is no percentage of how much it has cleaned. So I have to just be patient and do other things in the mean time. I started this format at around 4pm and now it is around 7pm. Also the little line looking think on the window was blinking the first time and is blinking this time as well therefore I believe it is working although once again no percentage or other information to show where it is at and how long there is left.
