I am kinda worried about its small size and the 1 fan thing.
But right now EVGA Gtx 1060 6gb ACX 2.0 (single fan) price is 250$

The other brands are more than 290$ (on Amazon)

Should I wait till they are In stock and and their price to drop or should I go for EVGA ?

I use newegg, amazon, superbiiz, ncix, outletpc, bhphotovideo, and bestbuy.

You should check out pcpartpicker.com. It's great for selecting parts and finding the lowest prices.

I sorted by 6GB GTX1060 - https://pcpartpicker.com/products/video-card/#c=373&sort=a8&page=1

I see the Zotac mini is the cheapest at $239. Click on it and it lists all of the major retailers' prices - https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Ft7CmG/zotac-geforce-gtx-1060-6gb-mini-video-card-zt-p10600a-10l

They usually do a good job of factoring shipping except for superbiiz which I clicked on the superbiiz link and I see that shipping is $4.99.
If you will leave the GPU at stock settings, the single fan will be functional (though could be louder at times, as only a single fan is doing the job). If you would like to push the hardware with overclocking, then you should wait until you can get a model with more cooling capacity.

Read a few reviews and people definitely say it gets warm, but it should be okay to get it if you are not planning to overclock. If you are worried about heat, EVGA does offer the same GPU but with the updated ACX3.0 cooler that they are using for the gtx 1070. Should be more than cool enough with that on. It does require an 8 pin power cable though while your original choice only needs a 6 pin power cable.

Plus it's only $20 more.

The Gigabyte windforce price right now at amazon is 300$, plus i heard a lot of people complaining about gigabyte cooling (loud noise)

and no i won't overclock.

I wouldn't mind paying 20$ more but the problem is the shipping, from where i live its gonna cost me more like 322$ (with taxes-shipping)

I wont overclock but i plan to keep to card for like 3-4 years, that's why i am worried about the single fan thing

The single fan models are fine. They really are.

3-4 years is a lot to ask of any video card these days. A fancy 3 fan overclocked model with beefed up cooling is not going to last noticeably longer than a single fan model running at stock clocks.

At least in the US, newegg and Amazon seem to have a tit for tat relationship, so when anything goes on sale they seem to match each other pretty well. Which sites do you use? I'm always open to saving money :).
