I haven't used liquid cooling before so i'm curious if there is any extra risk to leaving my computer on 24/7 with an occasional restart.

And besides, I don't think cooling is necessary when a modern PC goes into sleep mode, whatever the cooling system type you're using. Everything turns off except parts of the motherboard which keep running in very basic mode with reduced voltage so RAM memory can store the session information for the time the computer is sleeping. This means the liquid cooler should not keep pumping cooler so no additional stress is put into it... so for the cooler there should be no difference during sleep mode as compared to when the computer is completely off.
You should be perfectly fine. Even though the corsair all-in-one coolers have leaked before it is extremely rare. And corsair have been known to replace all parts damaged by a leak from their AIOs. So you're pretty much covered. Very very very small chance of a leak and even if all the planets align during a blue moon and you do get a leak then corsair will replace all your stuff, just be sure to take pictures before you dismantle anything.
