I would like to know if it's ok to OC my cpu with these specs.

CPU: AMD FX-8320
Motherboard: MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) (MS-7641)
PSU: 500W i believe?
CPU Cooler: Corsair H60

I'm expecting a negative but I have barely any experience in computers
I'm not sure if I need to tell more

Yes, with that board (or a very similar one) I was able to get 4-4.2ghz from an 8310cpu and that was pushing it, but the voltage is locked to a certain limit so you can't overvolt by much to help your oc with that board. I had the fsb @ 210mhz I think for the oc and I can't remember what voltage I used.

You should be using an aftermarket cooler, at least a 3 heatpipe direct contact and 10cm fan. The oc won't push an aftermarket cooler all that hard but it probably will stress the stock cooler.
