Is it safe to overclock a brand new cpu without reducing life span?

So, I just bought a brand new i7 9700k and I was wondering if I could overclock it without reducing his lifespan. I bought a Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240R RGB with it and the motherboard is a MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS, if it is possible to overclock it without reducing lifespan, to what speed should I do it?

Solution
Any OC'ing will in theory reduce lifespan. How much is determined by how high a voltage is required to get a stable result. If you can get by with simply raising the multiplier (no voltage increase), that would be the easiest on both the CPU and the board's Voltage Regulation modules. There may still be some dynamic voltage increasing, but minimal.

That being said, I've OC'ed for years and never had a CPU quit on me before I was ready to sell it and move on. But I try to OC sensibly.

Solution
OC does reduce life of them...however unless its a large OC the effect is pretty minimal.

as to what speed? varies.
its a lottery if you have a good chip or a unlucky one.

also make sure you research on how to properly do it to avoid any risks/damage to part(s) (u can actually fry your cpu if you dont have knowledge on it)
