Is it safe to overclock my ASUS VC239?

Hello everyone! So recently, I read about monitor overclocking and how you could get better refresh rates on your monitor. So I just wanted to ask if it's safe to overclock and get at least 75hz+ on my ASUS VC239. Thanks!

There are monitors you can OC and there are monitors you can not OC.
Some are acting like they are OCable but they simply skip frames.
I dunno if you can OC that monitor properly.
...and...
OCing monitors are not completely without risk.
