Is it safe to overclock my monitor to 75hz?

I have a ViewSonic VX2452, and on its specs sheet, the max vertical frequency is 75hz. Is it safe to use CRU to bring it to 75?

If it is able to use 75hz, then yes, but I believe it's honestly pointless to do it as 60hz is just fine. But that's just me.
