is it safe to play gta v on amd fx 4300

i play gta v on my amd fx 4300
my gpu is a gtx 1060 3gb when ever i play the game the cpu usage is 100% so i reset the affinity to 3 cores then its using only 60 to 70 % will it will a problem
and also i set all the graohics options to from veryhigh to high and some to medium

will changing the affinity decrease the cpcu life span on high end games

No.

Most games and all web browsing is done mostly on singe-core, despite CPU having multiple cores. Using one core more than other cores won't shorten the CPU life.
