Is it safe to play video games on a PC without a single case fan?

The only case fan in my PC (the large 250mm one on the side) isn't working, and it will be at least a couple of weeks before I get a replacement.

But that's a pretty long wait. It's really tempting to double click one of those delicious shortcuts on my desktop. But I'm not sure I can.

I'm using a stock fan for my i5-3570 CPU, not overclocked. My GPU (GTX 560. The manufacturer is Palit, if I'm not mistaken), too, uses it's own fan (duh). It's not overclocked either.

That's it for coolers. The average temps at idle (or normal use, such as web browsing and stuff like that) are: ~40-45 celsius for my CPU, about about 40-50 degrees for my GPU. The software I'm using to check the temperatures (Speed Fan) also says the "system" (in quotes because I'm not quite sure what that means. The average temp in the entire PC, maybe?) is about 35 degrees.
The hard drive (that's what "HD0" means, right?) is 37 degrees.

Don't know about the temps on load, can't risk it.

So, is it safe to play games with this? If not, is there any way to make it be? Perhaps removing the side panel may help? I've thought of doing so and using my actual fan to cool it, but then remembered that that fan is broken, too. Talk about shitty luck.
Maybe I could just play for a short while, then turn off the PC once it gets too hot and open the door to let the cold air in (it's winter, after all)?
I'm fine with fans working at their full RPM and making jet noises, as long as that makes the PC playable.

If it matters, the games I mean are ones like these: Fallout 4, Dark Souls, StarCraft 2, DiRT Rally, etc...

Thanks in advance for taking your time to answer (if you will :)).

not really man, expecially for fallout 4 and starcraft 2. your stuff will hear up real fast. you can in theory but its probably not recommended, things heat up fast. unles you are planning on leaving your side panel open and having an actual fan running there 24/7 i would say no.
