[SOLVED] Is it safe to put a fan?

So is it safe to put a fan in the side of my PC? So basically i open the mirror on my PC case and then put an actual fan like these types https://www.google.com/search?q=squ...AUIECgB&biw=1920&bih=969#imgrc=U5wlqd711yR-5M:
Will it make a difference in temperature?

There shouldn't be any problem, but I don't see why you would do that, the point of fans is either to pull fresh air into the case, or exhaust hot air from the case, having a fan inside could make the air inside fresher, but I don't think there will be much difference. Overall it's better to just by better fans and put them in the predisposed places that your case has.
You should also be careful on the position and direction of the fan, as you could mess up the air flow and basically turn your case into an oven.
