Is it safe to run a core i3 at 100% while compressing HD videos?

Hey, Mike2012 here. I was just wondering, is it safe to run the core i3 at constant 100% cpu usage, while compressing HD gaming videos?

Yes if it is not overheating you are fine.

Yeah, dont worry about maxing out your usage. worry about maxing your temps. one should never max their temps.
