I know the question sounds pretty stupid, but the HD 7850 requires a 500w power supply and I the PC i'm building has a 500w PSU, normally it should be higher than the required power so i'm not sure if this is safe and will be able to run the graphics card properly. It's just for things like c4d, minecraft and tf2. My other options I have are:
GeForce GTX 750 Ti, GTZ 650 Ti Boost (and still looking for some)

Can anyone help me out? Thanks :)

I don't really know, I haven't bought the starting comp yet from where i'm going to do it up so it just says 500w power supply :??:

I believe it may be AMD as the make

OH MY GOD NO!!!! Just kidding. As long as you have a quality brand PSU that can supply the proper amount of power. Make sure if you get the GTX 650 Ti Boost you have the proper VGA 6-Pin from the PSU. the 750 is slightly lower on the totem pole but draws power from the PCiEx16 slot itself so no extra cable required.

Well normally a 500w psu is enough for the 7850, however, if it comes with the case, chances are it's of inferior quality and you should replace it/buy something else.
Companies like antec, seasonic or xfx make great quality psu's.

Don't just buy any old 500W that a good way to put yourself in the fastlane for early PC death. Get a good quality unit. If you need help finding a good unit at a good price I or someone else here can absolutely help you find one!

Ok thanks, i'll look into what the PSU make/model is, the cards should fit although I do screw up things a lot of the time 😛 This is a pic of the motherboard:
