As long as your CPU temperatures are under 80c and the CPU isn't running overclocked at an extreme voltage, there is no problem running a processor at 100% for an extended period of time.
CORE 1 is 29 degrees Celsius,Core 0 is 34 degrees celsius,Core 2 28 degrees Celsius and Core 3 25 degrees Celsius. As long as your CPU temperatures are under 80c and the CPU isn't running overclocked at an extreme voltage, there is no problem running a processor at 100% for an extended period of time.
When I play Assassins Creed 4 Black Flag,I have this game on disc,,Cpu core 1 runs at 100% ,and temperature is 50 degrees Celsius. Is it okay that the game uses only the 1 core that much?As long as temps are good, you can run a CPU at 100% for years and it'll be fine.
And why the game uses only the one core to 100%? Can i somehow manage the usage of the cores?50c is great. Under 80c is best.
